Jane Stone

Jane Stone is a “run-and-gunner” entrepreneur, who has substantial experience in variety of business entrepreneurship, including those in real estate, energy, healthcare, material import-export, distressed asset turnaround, among others. Specifically, since 2002, Ms. Stone has been instrumental with the energy product export company, overseeing sales exceeding $60 million, and nutritional company over $17 million. Ms. Stone also have been managing and operating residential real estate which is estimated to be approximately $8 million to $10 million.

Ms. Stone is an avid runner. She runs the 2,000 meter track and practice physical training on a daily basis. Ms.Stone is also a writer who loves to document her experiences through life, travel, and creative mind. Ms. Stone received her degree in business at University of Texas at Arlington.

Philip Chan

Philip Chan, is a seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur, and founder of Midland Investments. And, he is also a co-manager of Tyche Income Fund, which specializes in investing income generated real estate assets. He brings with him more than fifteen years of real estate experience and has proven successful in several facets of real estate investing. Philip has over 245 million dollars of real estate transactions under his belt. His vast investment experience makes Philip proficient in market evaluation, property analysis, asset management, due diligence, and investor relations.

Lydia Wong

Lydia Wong, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the co-founder of Tyche Income Fund. She brings over twenty years of experience in accounting and financial management. Her expertise includes business development, risk management, capital budgeting, deal analysis and structuring. Over her career, she has successfully established her own CPA firm and built a diverse real estate portfolio that includes investments in apartment complexes, single-family homes, townhomes, manufactured housing, senior living apartments, self-storage facilities, warehouses and office condos. In the past two years, she has raised in excess of $36 million in venture capital which is projected to generate combined revenues exceeding $600 million within a specified time frame.
